At SPT Football, we want to ensure you have the right gear to perform at your peak. If your boots or equipment aren't the perfect fit, you can return them within 30 days of purchase provided they are in original, unworn condition with all packaging intact.
Check Eligibility
Ensure the items are in original condition, unused, and still have all tags and original packaging attached to qualify for a refund or exchange.
Submit Request
Log into your account or use our online returns portal to select the items you wish to return and receive your unique Return Authorization number.
Pack and Ship
Securely package your items, including the Return Authorization form, and send them back to our warehouse via a tracked courier service of your choice.
Processing and Refund
Once our team inspects and approves the return, we will process your refund or dispatch your exchange within 3-5 business days.
